Damn a 2.3 60ft If you launched it with slicks and let it eat at a good rpm and even 60ft a 1.5 you think you were in the space shuttle lol

Hahah I need to get a new rear on. I would hope for consistent 11s with a drag radial and s60 rear with 3.90 gears.

Not trying to run super low numbers, I will be happy with mid 11s.

If you plan on staying 6speed and are gonna have dedicated track wheels do not get radials. Get a bias ply tube type tire on 15" or 16" wheels. With radials and a manual trans your gonna have a WAY harder time getting the launch down and will have to slip the clutch a lot to get low 60 foots. If you still want a DOT approved tire get some Mickey Thompon ET Street non radials or Hoosier Quick Time Pro DOT's.

Yeah I was babying the **** out of it, id like to get those 60 foots down.

I was actually looking at the Mickey Thompson ET streets. They look like a good wheel id like to get a 305 on my car, 295 to is a little too small. Thanks for the suggestion

Nice MPH! Those LS3s are nice engines and the Hotcam gettin' it done. Get yourself some M/T ET Street bias plys for sure, I love them at the track. FYI you can't get a 3.90 in a S60, pretty sure it's either 3.73 or 4.10.

Thanks man I will have to get some of them! And the LS3 pulls a lot harder and a lot longer than my LS1 did. Very happy with it. As for the s60 I need to do more research on a rear. I'm hoping to put out ~530 heads and bigger cam N/A and ~620 with nitrous so I need to make sure the s60 will hold up lol.

Check out Strange's web site. They have gear sets for the S60, 353 to 6something. With a lot in between. If you have the 35 spline axles or better, you don't have anything to worry about. Spray the hell out of it. As for the ET streets. Good luck getting them to hook with 600 plus horse. I would and have Hoosier Quick Time Pros for the street. There is no substitute. They are a D compound just like the slicks. But if you do a lot of street driving and like to smoke Em off. The ET street will last a little longer.
