At what speed (wind) is it good for and beyond that would it fly over or under the car.

The bumper? Or the support? I'm sure they're both good to much more than the car will go

Now time to knock out the rear bumper support! It is even easier to fab up. Mine didn't take long at all to make.

I don't know, how much weight does that one save? I feel like I can't prevent getting rear ended lol.

I modded my rear bumper support and got 10lbs out of it. It's still good enough for me to jump on.

I know it's separate but it looks a little cleaner without it there.

I feel the same way, that's why I left my rear support in too. Nice work on the front and thanks for all the pics along the way.

Haha thanks, Yea my buddy is a chassis guy and whipped it up so fast. I did the fog light mounts. It could easily be replicated.

Like I said, the rear one is easier than the one you just made. The bar barely even has to bend downward to have tabs to bolt the bottom of the bumper to. I wish I had a picture of mine, I would send it over to ya.

I trimmed the flange down a little, laid off some holes to drill with the hole saw and cut some of the rubber out that supports the bumper. Left enough for some protection and to support the bumper. It ended up pretty nice and with much more protection than a aftermarket one. Sorry no pics.

That's a good job right there

Do the rear too. My rear support weight the same as the front. Actually to be technical, according to my notes...the rear support was 1.6lbs heavier than the front.

Front 19.2 lbs
Rear 20.8 lbs
