Default Made my own bumper support.

Just figured I'd share, it's definitely lighter than most of the ones out, and it's strong. I wouldn't stand on it, but it'll hold the bumpers shape.

Just have to mount two more tabs for the bottom of the bumper, and the fog light mounts.

Thanks guys. It's just 1/2 inch steel tube from homedepot. And a couple pieces of 1 inch with a washer welded to it for the bottom mounting points. My phone died last night, so when I pull it off to make the fog light mounts I'll take a lot of pictures

nice work man,
if your looking for more, if youcut the stock frame ends off there 7... 8pounds if you angle cut them back. I did that, made same alum braces for the nose cover. drill a hole in the side of the box frame ends, or in the core support area on the car and nut/bot to that.

ya i was like that too for a while, but I have a welder and you can always find someone with a parts 93-02 car for the frame horns or any parts (you hack up the car) at any Jyard/Clist you could get them for 10-$30. to validate it to yourself. but really who cares never gona do that anyway, stock shells are cheap. it comes down to...... your at 3400, then 3250, your fine with that or want to get the car lighter for cheap, then 3100 same thing, its up to you. its just metal in shapes, with parts bolted to it that ends up a car with a drivetrain you drive around and enjoy.

Thanks guys, the only thing id do different is not have it come to a point. I didn't want It to mark the bumper, so I put a piece of foam there.
