Video of buddies LS1 Wagon
Yes its the same one at the Thunder Shootout.
Got the thing back together with a glide in it now. It loves it and the owner does too.
Power is from a LS1 with a W1 Cam, stock heads, stock rotating shortblock and 150 dry nitrous setup. Car weighs 3100 lbs with driver.
Car went a 1.36 on this pass.

The car was running high 9's at the TR shootout right? Has it picked up some ET since? My buddy and I made the mistake of trying to race him on the street on the way to the track last year in his 14 second Silverado. Needless to say he laughed at us and half throttled our doors off! Very cool car!

I was behind the car when it left. The car had been lazy all night until that pass...The fuek spiker from the nitrous was pegging the fuel pressure to 100psi so we figured might as well add more dope to it. Needless to say it loved it
We didnt know exactly how the car would react. Im still working on having the car leave straight but so far its not bad. Need to take a little preload out of the right side and it should be pretty good down track. I didnt see any scrapes but he never let out and came back around smiling from ear to ear

I was working the starting line at the Shootout and I was amazed at that thing. If I remember correctly, I was told that the 2 guys drove the car from somewhere around Dallas, and SLEPT in the car all weekend. Am I correct on this? If so, THAT'S HARDCORE my friends.
