For those with moded LS1's post # of miles/runs before your factory clutch went out.

My clutch took a dump at 14,500 miles. I only had a 3 dozen runs by that time. It did not "grenade" but from a dead stop it would slip terribly.

Mine went out at~68,000 miles. 13.0s at 114mph. That thing died a terrible death to, pieces of friction disc and one whole spring were found in the bellhousing.

Screw you clutch.

Mines went out @ 12,xxx, w/ about a dozen runs @ the track.

killed the first one at 22K, prolly a couple dozen track passes in the low 13's, high 12's.

second stock one was pulled 10K later, had a TON of passes on it, prolly couple hundred, all on drag radials, all mid 12's(on motor) and a couple dozen with a 200 wetshot on top of it. was getting worn but was still ok when pulled out.
