Post your bests 60's on nitto drags... just want to get a idea of how everyone else is stacking up on them... some say BFG's are better, but to me nittos are just as well...
with 245/50/16's i cut a best of 1.62 but average 1.63-1.66 everyone time... ive only broke loose on unpreped tracks <img src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
oh and i had 20-22psi in them on those 60's
anyone in the 1.5's on them?

Re: Post your bests 60's on nitto drags... Umm, just for reference Harold. I pulled my 10 bolt out this weekend, it was perfect! Nothing wrong with it after probably 70 passes on ET Steets, nearly every pass with a sub 1.65 60ft!
Since you seen my launch's, you know I haven't been easy on it.
I think a 10 bolt on a A4 car will last longer than most like to admit.
I went with my 12 bolt because I couldn't see spending anymore money on something that will probably break. I enjoy being able to go to the track without ANY worries.

Re: Post your bests 60's on nitto drags... I believe my best was either 1.64 or 1.66 on nittos. 100% stock suspension with a vig 3200, macs and all the other basics. It was terribly inconsistent though...the average was probably around 1.75. Sometimes at a crappy track it would 60' 1.9s.

oh and john i just worried about slapping et's on there and cutting a few 1.59's or better and rear going pop after a couple passes... knowing my luck tranny would go at same time... but i can be like keith... try to blow it everytime <img src="images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">
