I agree that humidity isn't a big factor in cooler weather but the barometer certainly is. I'd rather race in 80 degrees with a barometer of 30.8 at 80 degrees than I would with a temp of 60 and a barometer of 29.4 for instance.

The example you gave is almost the same DA. Humidity has a far greater effect on track times when its hot outside. Hotter air holds alot more water in the air then colder air does.
I guess what Im tring to say is, if it was in the 50s outside the weather wasnt bad at all. Sure it would be better with high baromter and low humidity with freezing temps......but we all cant race when theres frost on the ground.

As far as the Baro arguement, I too would much rather have a high baro than low humidity. I guess it's usually like this..when the baro is high..the humidity generally seems to be low.
Baro effects times more than what most people think.
