I've heard people say that, however I made 250 1/4 mile runs in my 98 Formula and all of them had burnouts and yet I was even still on my original rear pads! No brake problems whatsoever.

I've never had a line lock, and have never had brake problems either. However, I'd still recommend one. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">
