Default Hellion cam wizard out there?

I feel like I'm the only person who decided to go with the hellion cam in an ls1 (mods in sig) I've been researching what the best supporting mods will be and can't find too many threads.

So far I'm leaning towards porting my stock heads and eventually a fast 102. Anyone know what my end result will be. I spent a good amount on the cam and feel like the car should have way more.

I realize that. Just trying to finish the car up with the correct supporting mods. I'd like as much feedback as possible.

Gotcha! That looks a lot like the T-rex cam and should do well in terms of all out performance with the right gear and supporting mods.

Yea, that's what I was told. So I should see decent gains porting my stock heads and Fast combined with this cam.

Ported heads. Good intake good tune and good flowing exhaust should really wake it up

Agreed, and probably stepping up to a steeper gear as well.

M6 with 3.90's is perfect in my opinion! Get some good compression out of the build and it will be a potent little combo!

Thanks. Just the information I was looking for. Definitely need to wake this sleeping dog cam up. New Era is 20 mins from me. Hopefully I can port the heads through a guy at work. If not I'll research another place.

I'll most likely do that once I blow the rear end and upgrade to a strange.

It's growing on me. Sounds amazing. Right now the numbers are 377rwhp 340tq. The tq is low and I'm assuming it's because of the stock intake and heads. I have arh with cats and borla cat back. Best time was 12.7 at 112mph. Need to practice my launch more.
