2" TSP Stainless 4th Gen Fbody Headers
OK, been talking with Beau at Texas Speed and trying to persuade them into building a 2" primary header for the 4th gens.
Here is the link with more information. Post up any questions or interest in that other thread so Beau can gauge the interest level. If there is enough interest, they will produce them.

If I had a boatlaod more expendable income I would buy the very best of everything. Unfortunately I don't, and neither do a lot of other people. So I try to save money wherever I feel it won't make a huge difference, or somewhere that is easily changed later .
You clearly have headers already so why even comment in here if your intentions weren't going to be positive? This thread was started to give awareness of another possible header option, not to start a pissing match on whose got the better header.

We all know realistically American made 2" headers are probably gonna cost you $900- on up. TSPs would probably be $500. Thats a pretty good savings and something a lot more people could afford.....They already did the same thing to the 1 7/8 stainless market.

I bought the orginal mild steel coated 1 7/8 headers from tsp back then they where 500 bucks. But they fit great no issues no leaks, I would buy another set from Texas speed. And down for 2 inch headers. I always said back in the day the LS engine flows great from the factory. Once we start modifying they could benefit from a 2 inch header especially if you run nitrous or a blower!

Dude, I get all that. I would never imply they would be on par with Kooks or ARH in terms of quality or fitment. Again, that's not really the point. Their previous stainless headers have fit well from what I've heard (1 3/4 and 1 7/8) and I dont think these would be any different. There is a place in the market for these I think!

I would love to see a back to back comparison between a TSP 1-7/8 and the same size for a Kooks. I bet there is almost no power difference. I love TSP headers, especially their price.

I just bought 2" kooks and the quality is great. Will they be worth more hp, idk. But if you look at their collectors, thats where the big diffference is. On any motor than needs 2" headers, it better be a quality piece or you are just choking the motor. I have no idea what tsp is offering, just my .02
