Yeah, the Nittos plus the fact that I believe my 12.30 pass on GA's a few months ago was bogus. This new best run was at Ennis yesterday in cool weather, kinda humid, though, and with full weight (3500 is with me in it, I weigh right around 150). I was able to launch @ 4500 dumping the clutch and it hooked and pulled pretty hard. I think the clutch was slipping, though, from a previous clutch-torching run. I THINK it was, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I'm going for 11's this Friday @ HRP!!! Take care!

 

Ok, I want to play to. We're getting it down with some inspiration from a few of the dedicated locals (MMiller, Steve, Steve350, Raughhammer, etc). The wife turned a 12.14 @110.66 w/ 1.644 60 ft. at HRP and I pulled a 12.15 @ 109.8 w/ a 1.59 60 ft. I need some skinnies and headers bad. Still running through all stock exhaust except for the cut-out.I know there is an 11.9X there somewhere.

2001 SS A4 , YST3500, 3.23 gears, race weight@3550#s. Jan. 25th 2002.

 

Yeah we'll see if the 4.10s a new clutch, trans, differential make me 11 second worthy.

It just got better!!!! Went to HRP last night and turned a new best of: TXCAMSS-11.980 @ 111.15 mph (1.589) 2001 NMB SS , Stock 346 down to the exhaust manifolds,stock rear 3.23s, ST3500 Yank, and a race weight of 3550#s.02/10/02 <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" />
