Default Estimated Times with NOS

Currently I have the mods listed in my signature...stock convertor, stock 2.73 gears..I've run a personal best of 13.22 @ 105.4. I'm thinking of putting a NOS 5177 kit on the car. What do you think I could drop my times down to with the NOS and a set of DR's?

i'm gonna say low-mid 12's. what you really need first is a torque converter. you'll get the same gains as with the nitrous at first, but without always having to fill the bottle. it's about the same price either way, but the converter is there all the time. you should definitely be mid 12's then ALL the time.

I agree definatly get the convertor first. do a search to find the best convertor for what you want. I think I read about a guy awhile back that picked up 8~9 tenths with a convertor and he still had 2.73's

i KNOW a convertor would be better..but i have a buddy that will let me use his NOS kit while his car's down...i'm just wondering what i can expect if i did put the 150 shot to it..i actually was wondering if i could see a 12.1 or or so.

well without getting injectors, i wouldn't run that high of a shot, also, might look into a fuel pump. But good luck man, like i said, you need a good launch to get the decent times. So look into tires and stuff as well.

That was me. My best before the converter was a 13.19. My best after the converter is a 12.21. I gained about 5mph too. btw...I have a ST3500.
