Anyone ever hear of "nickels" shaft rocker systems?

Anyone ever hear of "nickels" shaft rocker systems? i know of a place that sells these rockers cheap.
they told me they used to work with Jesel before they became their own company with their own machine work.
They said they only make systems for 23* heads and aren't cheaply made or made in taiwan like "scat products", i had to laugh on the phone.
i also asked about the quality and asked them if they are anything like "clinch" shaft rockers (crappy not made anymore) and he said no.
Anyone else heard of him?
This place sells complete with stands for $600 for small blocks. If none of you have i might get a stand and two rockers for my head porter and we plan to check them out meaning how they roll on the valve stem and what kind of bearing they use.
NOTE: I'm talking about a SBC head, not an LS1
