Default thoughts on my first build?
I have a 00 Trans am she just rolled 60k. I have recently just bought all of these parts..
TSP 1 7/8 Lts / exhaust, fast 92/92, yank SS 3600, sonnax shift kit, B&M cooler, 373s, Tsunami cam ( 235/240 .622/.615 111LSA ) with prc .650 dual springs, pushrods etc... ls7 lifters, melling high volume oil pump, rollmaster ls2 timing set, prc 225 as cast heads (62cc) Cometic .040 head gaskets... triunion upgrade, and racetronix fuel pump with hotwire kit... slp 85maf/intake ... probably couple other stuff im forgetting... 92mm plate 150 shot... What do you think this combo is going to make? IS there anything i should change?

Dyno number will just depend but regardless that sounds like a stout build for sure. What did all those parts set you back?

ehhh.. i really dont want to add it up. but every bit of 5k... plus fluids etc lol.

Really not to bad considering all that you bought. I know I cringe too when I think of how much I've spent on this car lol

Well it really boils down to a matter of opinion in my mind, and in mine no you don't have to much invested in the stock bottom end at all. Your car should be fine with those mods as long as you have the proper tune, fuel, accessories, etc...

Considering I'm running a manual trans in my ride I'm not really sure who'd be your best bet for the 4l60. I can tell you though that I'm running the stock T 56 with my stock 10 bolt, and it's holding up just fine on the 125 shot.

Car is together with all the parts running and tuned. Changed a couple things have morel lifters and added founders on car lcas and phb relocation brackets for both also didnt need the shift kit... Now I just need tires....lol
