Default Tire Pressure for BFG DR's ?

What would be a good place to start? Never ran 'em before.

I started at around 25 psi and went from there, now I launch at 4000+ spinning to keep from bogging using 18 psi. I'll probably try 15 psi and 5000 rpm next time. My 60' times still suck, but so does the track I race at.

Thanks for the tip. I'll start at 25 and go from there. Lining up at the tree tomorrow night.

good luck with that high psi. What is your setup, HP, auto/6-speed, etc. On our bolt on car we started at 18psi and would spin like crazy(4400 stall converter though). we ended up at 15psi and were advised not to go below 15psi and were able to hook to a 1.50 60' time. Most 60's were in the low 1.5's depending on track conditions. Good luck with the DR's and practice, practice, practice.

Try between 15 and 20 psi cold. They will grow a little after your burnout.
