Default MSD 2-step Activation

I ordered a MSD 2-step for my auto foot brake car. Looking to activate it off the brake switch or cruise control release switch. Do I have to connect the activation wire to the switch itself or is there a wire under the hood I can splice into. I found a pin out diagram and see a couple different brake switch and cruise control switch wires. anybody know the right wire?
Thanks

Never mind, figured it out. Purple wire, pin 33 for the brake switch.

It is too slow to come off the 2-step after releasing the brake. Reaction times slowed down about .08. I'm going to try other methods of deactivating it other than the stock brake switch. I have a vigilante 3600.

What most stock eliminator guys do is activate it off of actual brake line pressure. I'm going to get an adjustable brake pressure sensor and wire the 2-step through it.
