Tips on pulling bumper supports for the track?
The front is about 23 lbs. I think the rear was about 21.
To prevent the front fascia from looking floppy you'll need to make a little support bracket.

Yep.. it's pretty straight forward.. Just start unbolting the front end cap.

Right in the center at the bottom of the nose (fascia.) The bumper support normally ties all of this together. Without it the nose may droop a bit or look floppy. Once the support is removed, what I'm talking about will be apparent.
