Oil pressure drops to 35psi on hard launches but rises in park while stationary
If I free Rev the engine the pressure goes up accordingly, but on hard launches and 30 rolls, the oil pressure drops down to 35psi..
things I changed from when this wasn't an issue.
Earls oil cooler -10AN lines, swapped from 10w40 to 20w50 (45-48 psi idle, 217F oil)
any suggestions? Stock ls1 pan already has improved racing baffle mod.
oil pump is a melling high volume with the stock spring in it. (car didn't do this before on 20w50 either, it's the same oil pump from the old motor)

Which Melling pump are you using specifically, the 10296 or the 10355?

Thanks for looking into my oiling issue,
I checked my dipstick again this morning, it was a quart low, so I added another quart and all is well now. Transbrake launches and rolling starts don't starve the motor of oil anymore
