Alcohol fuel cell set-up Not sure if this is the best area to ask the question but here goes.....
Help me out with setting up the fuel cell in my project primarly return line size/location, vent size, and foam or no foam.
I'm going to run alcohol in a 3 gall vertical aluminum cell.
Seen here with said fitting sizes but if need be can change them up....

My Enderle 990 FP is -12 IN and -8 OUT and i'll run an Aermotive reg (13113)
Did as much reseach as i could in regards to prevent aeration, running a tube to the bottom portion of the cell, baffle, etc but want to hear your thoughts.

I'm doing the same thing right now. Going with a custom 3 gallon that has a baffle (squared off in the back bottom corner) that comes up a couple inches and is below the return fitting. The return fitting is a bulkhead and Ill use a fitting/line inside to return the fuel at the bottom of the cell inside the baffle.

Single -12 outlet in the sump.
