Default Help me piece together my car for 11.8x's or better

Hey guys I am building a 98 z28 ttop car. Car has some very light mods at the moment.

MTI clear lid
LS6 intake
3inch cat back to 1 chamber MAC i believe

everything else is stock from the 4l60E to the ten bolt. Here is some of my requirements retain the stock 10bolt with 3:90's, Must keep the stock cam, and wouldn't mind keeping the AC, and use the stock K-Member. So with that out of the way I have done so much research and this is the parts list i have so far.

Engine.
stock 243 heads
FAST 92 or bigger
Headers can be 1 7/8 or 1 3/4
True duals dumped with bullets
replace the lifters with ls7's or something similar

Transmission
Beast sunshell
Zpack clutch pack
Various little tings to freshen it up
Yank 3600 or 4000 stall

I am stumped on suspension, I would like some insight on a good working setup for the least cost possible. I would love to have a full tubular setup but im on a budget for this build, and most of the pieces listed above I have already. I am doing a build that is themed with doing more with less, and if I can get a bolt on car, with stock 243 heads to run in the 11's I would be super please.

Rear suspension
UMI tubular LCA's or BMR or Spoohn
No clue on shocks or springs for this build someone help me piece it together.

Trunnions upgrade for rockers
100 shot of giggle juice

Viking coil over package is what everyone is going to say as far as budget mind shocks and springs
Lower control arms and relocation brackets
Short torque arm

When my car was strictly a street car with a little bit of strip I went with BMR stuff and been slowly transitioning to MWC stuff as I had on my last car because it's more strip than street. I like them both and have nothing bad to say about either company

Thanks for the advice, I was thinking of the comp cams trunnion upgrade. As far as a 100 shot I would think that would push a full bolt on, and stalled car to the 11.0 range, I have seen some reach 10.9's in that form.

Whats the best place for the viking coil overs?

What's the reason for keeping the stock cam? I'm sure you could pick up a LS6 cam for really cheap and it would help out.

Oh ok. I'm sure it will run good with what you have.

Stock suspension minus the sway bar is plenty adequate for high 11's.

Also a minimum of 1-7/8 headers. 3" X pipe dumped duals is a great idea. Stay with a 26" or smaller tire as this will help save your 10 bolt.

Also a fast is a must, also port match it. Furthermore, whether you go with a 92 or 102, and either is fine in your application, match the entire intake with a similar size CAI and maf. And don't be afraid to spin that motor after
