I agree though, if the Bolt on A4's are doing it and not taking **** for it, why are the m6 guys?
M6 guys gotta fight fire with fire, and i think alan still needs to take out bumper supports, airbags, lightweight Seat, Light K Member, Unbolt Catback Exhaust and some other shiat <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> oh yea, 12 bolt with 4.30s and Zo6 spec tranny gears (those of you that say it's too much gear-BAHHH-NONSENSE. I know PLENTY of mustang guys that run 4.10's and they have 3.35 first gears <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> Bigger tires and BLAM, records will fall.

Re: Post pics of gutted interior!! Dude, that's just it. I drive my car every single day. If you absolutely can't stand the noise and looks of the stripped car, it's not like it's impossible to put it back together again. I've stripped and reassembled my interior 3 or 4 times now. Not hard.

Re: Post pics of gutted interior!! hell i do all that excepct the carpet in mine when i head to the track, makes it sound awesome, ive helped strip out other M6 cars just like ragemans takes like 2 hours, if you dont loose any bolts <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
Re: Post pics of gutted interior!! If your car makes you happy, great, and I'm sure it does. What's too hardcore for others may not be for you. RAGEman, your car is fast as heck. Those of us going for a certain goal are not racing for style points.
I'm adding back in a bit of the weight with some light carpet and a second race seat. By the time I get done and add a cage I'll be in the 3200 range later this spring.
That said, it will still be too hardcore for some, but like you, I will lose zero sleep over it. To each their own. Good luck with your goals and take care.

some just get to the point where every pound adds up, and dropping pounds add tenths <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
but hel, i took out my front pass seat, rear seats, rear speaker panels, bottle, and etc and still weigh 3460.. my TA's a over weight pig <img src="gr_tounge.gif" border="0"> needs to go on a diet.. im probably gonna get a racing seat for me, then maybe another later for passanger... guess my GF cant ride with me now <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> hahha
but i only have the passanger seat out when im at track, afterwards it goes back in, but i dont see where it looks that bad.. afterall, its a track mod <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" />
now im at the point where every pound out helps <img src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" border="0" alt="[guns]" />
