Re: What do you think??? An event in Texas??? HRP is only 9 hours from me - that would be perfect!! I could get there a little early and have MTI set me up with a cam. Make it for a Sat. so we could have time to travel back home - or make arrangements if the car is in "limp-mode". How close is Thunder racing and all the Louisianna crowd. Hrp might attract that crowd as well. I would not travel that far to race at a half-*** track - I want to pull the best timeslip ever.
I'm all for GN's, Mustang's, 3rd gen's, etc. The more the merrier. I think most of us have good friend's that race another brand of car - why exclude them.
How strict are they going to be on the rules. By then I will be running high 12's at our sorry-*** track and altitude (DA @ 5,000). I would hate to break into the 11's and not get to race anymore.
Let's make it happen!!
