Hey Matt, got your e-mail on Saturday. Did you add the 2 step yet to the order list, and I'm just missing it??? Sorry if I'm being a dumbass....

Cool product. I've been looking for a rev limiter that's LS1 compatible.

Hate to be picky, but if I understand correctly this isn't actually a 2-step. It's actually only a 1-step rev limiter. Correct or have I mis-read something? A true 2-step has 2 separate RPM adjustment levels, one for staging and one for something else (typically engine rev limit). From what I've read so far, this has 1 RPM set level. I'd be VERY insterested in a true 2 step if you ever plan to make one.

I may of overlooked this, but for us M6ers, do you have to disarm it before you shift?

Harlan must be buzzzy making them as we speak. I have rotten web-page computer so I don't have the Harlan's web-page address but if you go to his orginal post - click on 'shiftlights and more' it will take you to his 'shop'. But, it isn't listed yet. I have been shooting E-mails back and forth with Harlan since the beginning. He stated in his last E-mail that things were on track for pre-orders and that shipping 'should' be week of April 22nd. Haven't heard from him since last Saturday.

For M6'ers you will not have to turn it off after launch. It will be auto disengaged after clutch is release and active for 1st gear only. He is also hooking up a 2nd hook up for NOS users.

Looks like it will work for any one with A4, M6, Nos, the works

OK guys

Sorry i've been absent for the last week. Been offsite during the day for work, and had some personal issues to deal with that took priority in the evening. The computer was not my top priority.

Anyway...

I sent out another mass email last night. If you didn't get it, speak up.

The jist of the message...

I finally got confirmation on the connector order. This was after half a dozen phone calls to people that seemed to have no clue, and faxing in the order twice. Second time was directly to the sale manager with a nice statement about having to do it twice. That worked

Bad news though, one of the terminals i need, and all the terminal seals are backordered 3 weeks. They are ordered, but i won't see them till the first week of May

That pushes things back till mid May for start of ship.

However, I have everything else i need. That means I can have multiple units complete and ready for the wiring harness once the connectors arrive. So, as soon as i get the harness together they ship.

The insanity of the last week as kept the web page update from happening.

It WILL happen this weekend. I have the page alomost done, and the ordering script has been modified to add the new item. Will upload those this weekend.

With the delay on shipment, It's up to you if you want to pre-order.

I'm trying to make the installation instructions as complete as possible. Including most of the configrations i can think of.

Quick review on the functionality....
Simple install - OEM connectors for coil packs, 3 additional wires for inputs and outputs
Single adjustable limiter - 100 RPM steps
Disable mode - Setting limit to 0 causes the box to ignore all inputs and never activate the limiter
2 switch inputs - can be used in combination for different operation. Simple on/off button, latch and hold off the clutch/foot brake.
1 relay/indicator ouput - Used to show you have the limiter armed, or to activate a relay to disable you nitrous. Good for WOT switch nitrous cars :-)

I think that's all of it

if you haven't gotten email from me on the distribution, speak up
