Nice car you have there Stinger. Do you know if any Vipers ran 9s yesterday? I only saw SW's two cars, Stacey's C5, and another Supra run 9s. Several low 10s cars though.

I think you and Dennis would have an excellent race motor vs motor.

let get things right here!!
first I would like to congratulate SW for winning this event.
That being said some of you guys need to grow up!
I ran the event yesterday along with peter and I must say SW's new vette and old vette were taking it down as for our Vipers, we have had better days like the last Viper Vs Vette shoot I held we won with a Viper running 9.7! Guys if you would get of your computers long enough to get to the track and the real world you would see that people have good days and bad days at the track. allot of fast supra's and Vipers broke down yesterday but allot of vettes were takin out the last time around. So props to the Vettes yesterday and I am looking forward to the next time.
(Now you see I made that whole statement without cracking down on anybody’s car! LEARN SOMETHING!)

WTF are you talking about? The MTI Vettes won and the Vipers didnt. We all know that Vipers have run faster times (and so have Vettes) but not this past weekend. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I am not really sure who needs to grow up here.

I think folks are happy that their respective marque did well. I am sure that if the shoe had been on the other foot, the appropriate ammount of smack talk would be posted on other forums, or perhaps even here.

Props go out to all of those individuals with fast rides who showed up be it a Viper, Supra, F-Body, or a C5.

Tony, I can't believe that you didn't mention that Stacey's car ran that 9.95@ 142(his best of the day) ON E.T. STREETS!!!! 26x11.50-16. Hey, that might be some kind of a record? Quickest/Fastest LS1 on ET Streets? That's just awesome to have a full street trim C5 in the 9's, a/c, bumpin' stereo with amps and subwoofers!!

I'm just glad that I could help make it happen.

Yep, I forgot to mention that Stacey's C5 is a fully loaded, slammed to the earth, DOT-tire wearing, BIG stereo thumpin' coupe. Definitely a TRUE street car. SW's is the same minus the thumpin' stereo <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

you guys have me all wrong. I am not crying about the Vettes kicking everyone *** on Sunday. I have many friends including SW with Vettes and I have allot of respect for all fast cars. BTW when we do win (Vipers) we never get on any board and brag about how we kicked some Vettes *** because the next time we may be the victim!
I will let you guys know when the next event is and I want to see all you Keyboard Warriors show up!
