Default Question on lug nut insertion length

Hey guys,

Have a question for you. I am running dark star wheels with 28x9x15. I purchased the longest mcgarrd open drag lug nuts. They are 1/3/8 shank lug nuts. I am getting roughly 13 turns until the lug nut bottoms out on the lug nut washer to the wheel. I am not bottoming out on the rotor. Is this a problem or should I be bottoming out on the rotor? Thanks

If you bottom out on the rotor you wheel will not be tight. You want the wheel to be tight and that will keep the rotor tight.
