Many have recommended multiple post switching blocks (for example - 2 on each side). Any advantage other than ease of wiring and not having to double up wires on a single post?
I also see over complicated setups with a mechanical linkage extending to the contactor switch. Is there any reason for this other than making room for mounting the switch?

Take a look at this one. It's metal, has a labeled bezel.

I'm really impressed with it for the price. It's only a 175 amp switch, so you have to think about how you really want to wire your car. Looks nice, even though my camera is less than up to the task.
