Default Yank VS PI---->Interesting fiindings

I just wanted to set the record straight as I've run both companies verters.

It looks like the PI isnt as bad as u think.
5% slippage is what we're seeing.

I say thats EXCELLENT for a PI4000.
I have autotapped it and it flashes to about 4200/4300.Its not flashing much higher than advertised.

The PI has 60ft''d in the 1.47 to 1.53 range so far.I have the wrong gears for my setup and will be going to a 4.56 and 28 tire combo to retest.I feel the verter has a 1.45 in it for sure.

I think the Yank might be slightly better though..It does drive alittle better too.I'll test the Yank TP4400 in my car very soon.I wanna talk to Mike about it and see what his thoughts r on this subject.

If I lock the PI up I do get about a 1.5MPH improvement which shows slip but according to my math and looking at autotap its only 5% slip.U cant agrue with that.

Will see?

Both are great converters. Not long ago some guys who prayed to the PI Gods switched to Yank and now swear by them............

I'm convinced both converters are quality........
