Be sure to check them for leaks. We had 2 sets of Radial Pro's that the bead was under .600" thick.
If they don't hold air very well, like 1-3 (or more) psi over an hour.. soap the bead and check them for leaks.
Had problems with them not sealing around the beadlock rings. If they do leak, call MT. They will take care of the problem.

The only 8 ply ones are the part number 1573 MTs which is what I run. Bias so they are light and they do well on the street, don't expect them to last a super long time though obviously.

I wish they made the 8ply in a white letter tire for that look but hey. I need to see if I can run those with the SS's out back.

As mentioned, you can probably run them on the street, but I don't think they will last. Their Sportsman series is more suited for street diving, I believe.
