URPREY

The 4th bi-annual Beech Bend Bash was held on Saturday, April 6th in Bowling Green, KY. My club, F-Bodies Unlimited, www.kyfbodies.org put on the event. We have been renting the track twice a year for a couple years now, and our event has grown by leaps and bounds.

We had a total of 107 cars participate in the event (95 F-bodies!) The event continues to grow. We had everything from 9 seconds on up, and had our fair share of action. The day started with Test-N-Tune, then we moved on to heads-up, brackets, and king of the streets, and finally a burnout contest.

Participants were able to select from an entire venue of events, including a large Autocross. This is becoming one of the best events in the East. If you didn't hear about it before, now you have. Our next event is tentatively scheduled for October, so please check our website for details as they become available.

A big thanks to everyone who participated. This was truly an awesome event with a great group of people.
