I always wondered what makes people go from race cars back to street cars. I know people that have had race cars only to sell them and go back to a street car.

Age and wisdom for some I would imagine.

I'm regretting buying a Monster 3 two years ago, haven't even installed it.

Everyone has their own taste develop.

I prefer the race car noise on a switch (cutout tech), a radial idle through a turbine whistle (for when the cutout is open), enough clutch to make the car undrivable by random people but also full face sprung plate(s) and gentle enough for traffic. A/C of course which I never use, and a cheap radio (so I can throw it at people if I want to without caring about its cost), and a very lightweight chassis coupled to a cheap tire, so the drivetrain does not take any abuse and the fuel economy is excellent.
