My ss weighs 3530 with 17x9 and 17x11 zr1 wheels and 3358 with convo pro 15x4 and 15x8.5 wheels.Quite a weight savings. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

I was under the assumption that while spinning, the rotational pull makes more weight?
oh well, I am hoping to save around 70 lbs going from stock chrome 16's to weld pro stars 15x3.5 and 15x8

I managed to shed 64# of rotational weight by going to the Convo Pros from 17x8" Boyd Coddington Timeless 5's on the front w/ 245/45/17's and stock Z28 rims on back with 26x11.5x16" ET Streets.

As Trevor stated, you can save 64 lbs with the onvo pros. If you can afford it, I recommend you go with the convo pros which to my understanding is lighter than the Welds, plus there is no grinding on the rear, because I install some on my rears which lug nuts and it was relatively simple. I have heard it is the same way with the fronts, but I have not purchase any for the front yet. Right now I am using some Welds which I bought used last year, but eventually I will go with the convo pros up front to match ones in rear. Cheers.
