Re: Plastic under the front end/fender wells Some of those panels keep debris and water from touching the wires up in there, and also to some extent keep the nose from flapping around.

Re: Plastic under the front end/fender wells this is one part of my car that for the most part I haven't removed. Like john said, they keep a lot of junk out off you motor compartment. I have had them off and they weigh vey little.
