Default Plastic under the front end/fender wells

All the plastic you see wehn you pull the front bumper off including the front fender wells. Does anyone remove these? Would it cause more drag and not be woth the weight removal?

Some of those panels keep debris and water from touching the wires up in there, and also to some extent keep the nose from flapping around.

this is one part of my car that for the most part I haven't removed. Like john said, they keep a lot of junk out off you motor compartment. I have had them off and they weigh vey little.

They weight next to nothing. For an everyday driver, id leave them alone.
