Front spring selection
Car is a 240z and I'm looking to get the nose to settle down beyond half track. I'm working with some front aero, and a splitter to get a little downforce, but looking at the whole system
I've modded some 90/10 fbody Lakewood struts up front and currently have a 14" inch 125lb spring. Car is lifting about 5 inches on the hit with no wheel stands yet, working on getting the two step higher. After the gear change the car settles down to 2-1/2 above static height. This is causing some bump steer problems and makes the car wiggle above 150.
So thinking about the big picture, will a shorter spring work better, like a 12/125lb setup, or maybe a whee but stiffer? I have about 1300lbs on the nose
