On a setup like yours at full weight and a good tune I'd say mid to high 11's are very doable

Hell if you're gonna pull weight out I'll say low to mid 11's lol. You should have no trouble hooking with those tires

I would absolutely get to the bottom of the double head gasket thing and see what exactly is going on and what he used.

With that setup I think the 28 in. tires are over kill and may slow ya down a bit.

I'm going to say around 11.9- 12.2 @ 114 - 115 mph

98CayenneT/A makes a good point on the 28" tire actually. If you have the stock 3.23 gear and that tall of a tire I agree 11.9-12.2 would be more like it. Didn't think about that at first

Use a 26 in. radial.

I would call the previous owner back and ask about the double gasket.

If the dork actually put two head gaskets in there and you are lucky enough not to leak you might as well run 87 octane lol. Honestly tho, that's something you wanna get to the bottom of.

From memory I'm around 60mph with 410 gears and a 28" tire at 3k in 3rd. If I was you I'd check Wallace calculators and check.
