Please Help - Test & Tuning

At the loacal track (Rt. 66), on test and tune night they seperate the cars into different categories: stock (corvettes, ta's, camaros, all the way to s10's and s2000's), then they have the pro's in another group, and a 3rd group with cars with slicks (usually 60's and early 70's cars but some newer mustangs, camaros and TA's) The problem is they run the other groups which are smaller a lot more often and the "stock" cars only get 3 runs in. How can I get into the other group? They still try to make a lot of people running low 12's with slicks go into the "stock" category. I just got my NHRA membership, and a few mods. I plan on also getting slicks.

Can I push them to let me into the middle group to get more runs in?

Not sure what to say but this is why I WILL NOT T&T at 66 anymore. I just go to Byron and don't have any problems getting runs in. 66 T&T is a joke.

Put slicks on and either go into the pro tree lane or the slick lane.
Pro tree lane is better.

Don't be scared of these guys, you pay just as much as anybody else to get in.
