The MMS 232 cam specs? Well its 255 intake duration, 242 exhaust duration, and .650 lift.

The MMS232 is not for me. I think the specs are around 232/232 .58X .58X 112 lobe sep. Because of the extended exaust duration, it'll peak too high for me. I don't think Mike liked it as well as the 229, it didn't seem to do any better at the track.
I think the power is made on the intake lobe, especially with the LS1, and more exaust duration than is necessary will just raise the powerband and lower the area under the curve in the 4500-6800 range.
Unlike other shops I wouldn't act like I origniated a cam that is simply a one-off of someone elses. In my opinion, MMS has been the originator of the best cams and has pushed the envelope more than any other tuner here. Most people here don't understand that. I'm quietly a big fan right now of the MMS229, but I think a few small changes could make it even better. I sure wish you would post some 229 graphs.
Now who is going to make it to the 9's first Terry?
