First I would recomend removing the seats and cnsole for more room . Secound remove basics, radio a/c controls, top dash piece (be careful start from one end working to the other), speedo cluster, and glove box door. Once you got the basics, remove all of the screws from the bottom bracket. also unattach the wire harness from the bracket. Drop the steering wheel tilt down and then drop the column. Remove the brace. Now remove all of the screws from the top side of the dash. You will have to work the wires out of the diferent hooks that hold them in place, it takes time and a **** it attitude to get the dash out. Once you get the wires loose wiggle the dash out. It is a whole lot easier with two people. Once the dash is out you will probably say to your self what did I get myself into. Thats the basics for the dash ther really is not any hidden bolts for the dash for the heater core thats a different story. there are bolts from the inside and from under the hood holding that on remove all of those the only bolt that is a problem (provided you have the right sockets and wrenches is one behind the intake. You can not get it without removing the intake. Just pull it will pop loose, unless you want to save the core. Thats how you remove it once you do it it is realy pritty easy.

i found it very worth my time to remove my steering wheel with a puller quick. dash came off much easier that way. i was replacing it with a different non airbag one anyway.

I have to pull the passanger side air bag and removing the dash sounds like a pain. I haven't look at it yet but is it possible to remove the glove box,cut the air bag bracket and get the bag and bracket out in two seperate pieces? Again, I haven't looked at it so this might be a totaly retarded idea.

I would say pull the steering wheel as well it will make getting the dash off and on much easier.
