how to reduce a Z28 weight to under 3000 lb?

Oh yeah, no wiper fluid, and swap in a manual tranny!!!!!
Don't run an exhaust either....headers shave weight over stock manifolds....., no cats....OK, I think I'm done!!

I got my stripper Z down to 31xx lbs without me in it. I did NOT remove any airbags, A/C components, bumpers, carpet, or anything like that.
Removed/Weight Savings I had:
Corbeau Forza seats w/brackets
no rear seats
no spare tire/jack
no front sway bar
no wiper fluid bottle
lighter weight converter
Weld Prostar wheels
fiberglass hood
and always weighed it with about 1/4 tank of gas.
