Well you will get different answers. I will share my experience. Stall to 3,700 rpm's on transbrake and WOT 1.38 60 ft NA. Footbrake 3K WOT results 1.407 60 ft to date. 3,300 lbs at 400 HP to rear wheel.

My car has never worked good starting from idle an flashing convertor.

Hope this helps! Happy Holidays!!

Sorry what I was saying is mine leaves the best loading the convertor at either 3K rpms on the foot brake or higher rpms on the trans brake.

It will leave harder stalling it up to at least 3,500 . It helps load the suspension. Get the trans fluid up to at least 150-160 degrees. I have been 1.29 60 ft. this way with a 4,800 circle D verter.

Correct with a 125hp shot of dry nitrous added at the air lid with the car loaded at 3k on the foot brake has netted a 1.27 60 time at 3,300 lbs.

No juice just yet, seeing how far I can get NA with the stock bottom end on fly-cut pistons (LS3 heads & LQ4 bottom end)

I guess I'll set her at 3K and see how it goes from there....next year.

Thanks all.
