Re: Help out of weight reduction! I think that LG has just released some Lightweight LCAs and PHR. Total , they are 9.6 less than stock, and each LCA with rodends weighs 1.5. the PHR weighs 2.7.

Re: Help out of weight reduction! got my Madman aluminum LCAs and PHR today. nice stuff <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> . i havent weighed my current control arms/phr yet to see how much difference there is, but these things feel a TON lighter in my hands

Re: Help out of weight reduction! bogart racing rims will net you approx 10#'s total of weight savings in rotational weight. You can check them out on our site.
You may want to reconsider removing abs. Most older cars dont have it. As long as your not driving it in the winter, or rain often, it shouldn't be a problem for you. Normal braking isn't affected at all. You just have to learn how not to lock your brakes up.
Personally myself, I have never had to use mine, not have I even had it activate.
Its much nicer to have one less part to have to work around. Not to mention more space for engine to breath and the car weigh less.
