This is in a drag car so I'll post this in the drag racing section. I couldn't justify the $1800 for the Holley screen so this will do. Obviously it doesn't have the same functionality of the Holley but it serves its purpose. I'm running it as an extended desktop from my tablet so I can still look at other data on my tablet. Still need to make a piece to fill the gaps around it to clean it up.
Can you give more details on how you hooked it up and parts used? I looked up the part number and it comes up as just the panel.

The screen comes with a circuit board and all the plugs needed. All you need is a tablet or laptop running the Holley software and this screen. Run an hdmi cord from the laptop to the circuit board. Run the sharp screen as an extended desktop and move the gauges from the laptop/tablet to the new screen.
Thanks, I was already looking into a 12v powered windows based computer to run a screen. I have been using the 7" and just bought the 12" but would still like to use an additional screen on my Son-inlaws Nova. I want a do a permanent install, With this setup I can mount the tablet in a center console and run the 12" like you have yours. Right now the tablet is mounted in front of the dash and not ideal size wise.
I was in the same boat. You can actually make the screen a stand alone running windows. You would have to use a mouse though since it's not a touch screen. I'm still not sure if I will go that route.
