Never ran an aluminum block before so was wondering, beside the anti-sieze what do u put on your bellhousing bolts and front and midplate bolts to keep them tight.

I use nothing. The only thing i use loctite on is transmission bell housing (not to the block, from the bellhousing to the trans). I just confirmed this with one of my shop technicians. He said on honda engines, honda states do not use grease or anti seize on any fastener unless stated. Which is only spark plugs to my knowledge. He said he uses loctite on the water pump bolts. Like I said tho, I use nothing.

Honestly I would use a touch of oil and ya them right. If I’m using a bolt like an arm they usually have some oil on them out of the package, if using a stock type bolt a would put a little oil on a rag and just touch the bolt on the wet rag before threading in, tq to spec.
if I have a problem with something loosening I’ll blue 243 loctite it, but generally speaking it’s not an issue.
