Jon didn't mention that this is a 2.73 geared A4... Also Jon, it's technically not a cat-back exhaust, since all you've done is replace the stock muffler (which is even more impressive).
My old MAC headers and a custom Y-pipe will be going on his car sometime in the near future as well...

Re: Got new Times tonight Hi. I live in West Palm and go to Moroso Dragway. I also have an A4/2.73 Combo with a lid/K & N.
I was curious to how to launch it on street tires. Not i set the radials to 25 psi and bring it up to about 700-800 rpms for launch. What do u do if u do not mind telling. Thanks for the info.

Re: Got new Times tonight EZ i run on M/T sportsmanpros at 20 psi and about the same on rpm 7 to 800 and this was the 2nd time out with the car i have had it about 6 weeks or so..

So far, my best 60' has come with 23psi in the rears and 38psi up front. I don't stall the converter anymore (stock TC still). I just keep in in "D" and I stab the throttle when the 3rd yellow lights up. I've found that my 60's decrease when I stall the TC at all. I just burnout long enough to heat the tires slightly and to clean them off. Oh ya, drive AROUND the water box! You're street tires will drag water all the way down the track.

a NHRA Stocker can go 12.500 at 105+
in S/LA , S/MA, S/NA on 9 inch slick
they use more rear-gear ratio...just info to show it can be done ...but not practical on street ?
