Default VIDEO of my 3598lbs T/A

Here is the car at Atco in -200 to +233 DA's

Hey there not Terrys 10.88 runs.
But still not too bad for my weight-->3598lbs!!!

No lockup switch installed yet.
Running on 4.10/26in Et Streets....
RW 3598lbs...

There are 3 Vids to look at...
To make the 3rd Media video work u need to click on "Run 3" instead of Media Player.....

I think the car needs an ADJUSTABLE rear sway bar as it shifts from right to left pretty bad...

I'm gonna up the air psi in the bag to 25 this weekend make some runs at Cecil Sat Night..

Here's the link www.11secta.byteryder.net

Very impressive. If you was to gut the car and make it a race car and got the weight down to 3000lbs you would be in the 10.70s.

When were these runs, Joel? Certainly not today. The heat and humidity is brutal now, and you listed -200 DA. Was this back in the fall?

Videos were from April......Dave,I dont have the DA's written on the slip which I usually do but if memory serves me the 11.17 pass was in -200 give or take 30 feet......

God,I sure wish my car weighed 3300 or less like Yours and Terry does.Oh well gotta keep eating right <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I switched out the 4.56 and now have 4.30 's in my car now.I'm also running a NEW VIG 3800 now (Actually a 4300 flash) so will see how well this works too....

I want to weigh the car on a scale Sat with me in it.This will get me the true RACE weight since I've continued to eek alittle weight here and there lately.

I've managed to lose 40lbs so far on my diet I'm down to 315 and hope to be under 300lbs by Oct 1st.Then its all down hill from there.

Set up is CARTEKS S2X H/C package:
Ported LS6 Heads,224-580,Dnya's,Ported LS6 intake,Catback run threw a cutout,Most of the boltons and a Vig 3800/4.30/28X9 ET Drag.

I still think the car is twisting?.I'm gonna try by upping the air bag PSI to 25lbs.Hopefully I"ll keep the car from squatting to much on the pass. spring.

Jut to set the record straight for the guys wanting to know about my car.Its fairly light in terms of weight loss mods but I am a big guy.

JS: What's with the high race weight. I thought both you and the car had been on a diet. Lite weight K-member, !Mickey D's, etc.

JS: Twist is not easy to get out of these chassis. I have been fighting that also. I added a weld in rear sway bar that helped but there is still alot of twist. It affects your 60' times greatly on high torque set-ups. I'll let you know what I find.

Nice vids. Also congrats on the weight loss.
I can bring my car to 32xx lbs but I weigh 270 lbs. Being heavy sucks when trying to compete with the skinny guys. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Nice vids JS.

You can really see it on the 2cn video. It almost appears to bottom out right rear and pop back. I don't know maybe its just my eyes.

I'm running a BMR drag sway bar, and a right rear air bag. I haven't even tried tuning the sway bar. If I add 20lbs to the right rear airbag it keeps the front end down significantly. If I drop it back to 5-10 lbs in the bag I get a little more nose up, and a some twist but not bad.

here's a pic Txcamss took of my car. I was running 20ps1 in the rr airbag ( and way too much tire pressure ) 1.46 60' off the brake

<img src="http://xs-fx.com/raughammer/larrylaunch.jpg" alt=" - " />

I'm a believer in the beefy rear sway bar!

Vince I WAS 355!!!
I now weigh 315 and I'm dropping.
I'm 6ft 2 but that doesnt matter when u have a 355lb gut <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Its comming off slowly...
By Oct I'll be under 300 for sure....

Pain thanx for the help...
I see the exact same thing u do,it bottems the sus. out and then corrects itself.
I'm gonna buy rear Hals and play with the R. shocks alittle but leave the bag at 16lbs.

Looks like an adj sway bar is gonna have to happen.
Your car is leaving fairly well from the looks of it.
I will call BMR this week...
