Narrowed rear wheels.
Narrowed rear wheels. I’ve been doing a lot of research on wheel/tire set ups with narrowed rear. Can’t find exactly what I’m looking for. I looking into getting a new rear ended but I want it narrowed. I seen the most common is to narrow 3 inches and run a 4.5 BS wheel. I’m worried about the tire sticking out. I prefer the look of a 4.5 BS wheel over a 5.5 BS wheel.
My question is, if I want the tire to sit flush or tuck a little bit would a 4.5 BS wheel with a 3.5 narrowed rear be the best way to do it? Does anyone have pictures or this? Bonus points if anybody knows if I can fit a 28” tire with this set up.
