thanks i will keep those in mind, already have a set of bmr lowering springs sp003 coming in. we will see how it does

The springs will give lighter rate and stored energy which will allow your shocks to control the spring.
Do your rear shocks have rubber bushings or bearing where it mounts to the rearend?

just the isolator cups for the top of the springs.

First thing I’d do is move the Lcas up a hole and see if the front end stays down. Work from there on adding tire pressure. Personally I run my Vikings at the track as follows…

Driver front C15 R5
Pass front C17 R5
Driver rear C3 R19
Pass rear C6 R19

My car is stock internals and 3500lbs. 11.60@116.4 1.55 60’. 26” bias @30psi. Consistently within a couple hundredths but I have room for improvement too. 3600 converter and same tq arm. On suspension I try to make one change at a time and see what changes with each alteration. Hope this helps a little.
