Default Paging Joe K or whomever re: thundershootout rule

Street Stock Automatic Transmission Class (SS/A)
F-body Only Race
"-Full Exhaust must exit behind rear wheels, No Cut-Outs"

I'm questioning regarding this rule for this class.
Is the "no cut-out" part applicable only to cut-outs under the car? I ask because I want to know if my (as well as others) open borla exhaust, which exits at the rear bumper and yet bypasses the muffler, will be allowed or not.

Thanks

Just FYI, give Joe a day or two to respond. He's been on the road all week.
