Is the below info still valid, I'm having a difficult time deciphering the NHRA rulebook.
What do they consider an altered floor, anything besides factory?
What if the factory floor under the seats is skinned with same thickness sheet metal and seats are mounted to cage.

Trying to think about what I need, I have no desire or certified equipment to go faster than 10.0

Looking for opinions, got a quote of 5500 for an 8.5 moly cage and 2500 to skin the floor under the seats which is currently a giant hole
