Not to sound like an ***; but; honestly, how about not guaging interest in a $3,500 bellhousing that will not even make your company any money and get to work on why Centerforce clutches suck so bad for the F-body LS1. I think that should be your target for McLeod product competition.
Just my $.02

Mike, I really appreciate you at least considering this. However, $3500 bucks is quite a bit in comparison. In all honesty I think that the 45lb 8mm thick bellhousing that McLeod will be sufficient enough. I'm certainly hoping that they get that out around the first of the year like everyone else. Sorry everyone else was kicking you in the teeth on this.

One question though, where would we get the bellhousing recertified every year? Titanium housings are required to be recertified and that can be a pain in the *** at times.

And Colonel, I've had my ***** busted pretty hard for not having a scattershield. The line I used on the ball busting bitch was "If you can get McLeod or Lakewood to make one I'll buy it in a heartbeat". She shut the hell up and asked if I'd wear leather boots just in case. <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> So I think I fit in the category of "Almost kicked out for not having a scattershield". I then proceeded to break a driveshaft and test the durability of a safety loop. Not too bad for a nights work!
