Default ET Streets With Stock Rear End?

Am I asking for trouble with this one? All I've done to the car is a lid, catback exhaust, ported the TB/MAF, !MAF Screen, and !EGR. But it runs good for just that. The time in my sig was with stock F1's and about 100 pounds out of the car. I am running at Norwalk this Tuesday, where it should be about 60 - 70 degrees and the track will hook good. I have been told to run about 25 PSI to avoid grenading my rear end. I will also have access to another buddies DR's if I want them instead. Any thoughts on this?

For what you have done to your car you dont even need slicks. Just get some nittos and see what happens with those. You can still break the rear end but with the power you have, you dont need slicks just yet.

I agree, DRs are just fine, why risk it? It's also possible (but not likely) that you might be slightly slower (bog) on the slicks as well.
